Today Môreson was up at sparrows thanks to the official start of our 2012 harvest. Clayton and his team brought in the start of our Chardonnay base wine and – as you can tell from the pictures – the quality of the grapes this year is excellent.
In addition this juice, which will be used for the Môreson Solitaire NV Méthode Cap Classique, is sensational … very clean; very fresh. Impressive.
