As the title promises our 2009 harvest starts tomorrow, apparently.

With temperatures just refusing to get to their normal January +30 degree mark it could mean that we have to wait to get those sugar levels up to where they need to be.

News around the valley is that the majority of farmer's are finding their harvests running about 2 weeks behind schedule which is not necessarily a bad thing. A delayed harvest means more time to prepare and, when it comes to harvest, you can never have enough preparation time.

On a random aside - our grapes look F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C this year. Just look at those healthy, heavy and well-shaped bunches.
