Winter on the farm is a time of renewal, not dormancy. It's a time for us to build and to dream. So that's just what we've been doing.

A river runs through it... At the bottom of our farm we're creating a shaded river area.

 Even if it's cold outside, there's sunshine on the trees.

We're growing juniper, for what we wonder...

We're getting new vineyards ready for planting - this is the first time we've ever used our own team instead of outsourcing to do this.

We're renovating the old greenhouse that used to house the orchids.
