Sean Dowling was a huge part of the Môreson family. He often spoke of organizing a breathtakingly scenic run around the mountain. Unfortunately Sean passed away before he could realise this dream.
2009 will see us celebrating Sean´s love of life, Franschhoek and Môreson with the 2009 ‘Môreson Sean Dowling Memorial Race’.
In true Sean style there will be a fat celebration at the finish line. Runners, spectators and interested parties can sit in idyllic grassy paddocks; perfect for picnicking, listening to music, eating and sipping on Môreson wine.
