The Winery House is situated in the middle of a working farm and working winery.
You need to be aware that there is a lot of activity which takes place around you and more importantly, that much of this activity involves machinery, chemical processes and other potentially dangerous activities.
These all have to be treated with extreme care and you have to be vigilant at all times. In particular, if you have children accompanying you, it is essential that they are supervised by you at all times.
You hereby agree to indemnify Richard Friedman, Richard Friedman trading as Môreson Blois Farms, Le Quartier Francais (Pty) Ltd, Matelect Properties (Pty) Ltd, Bread & Wine Restaurant and all of their Directors, Shareholders, employees and people associated with them, from any claim of any nature whatsoever in respect of injury to yourself or any members of your family, your guests, and/or any loss or damage to your property of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to death, consequential loss or damages or any other form of injury, loss or damage which you may suffer whilst you are on, visiting or resident at Môreson Blois Farms, the Winery House, Bread & Wine Restaurant or any other operation situated thereon.
A full deposit is payable up-front. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice there will be no refund of this deposit.
