Neil Jewell, Charcuterie King and head chef at Bread & Wine Vineyard Restaurant, will be the opening act at Liam Tomlin's newly opened Chefs Warehouse in Cape Town.
Neil will be presenting a three hour charcuterie course, called The Pig, that is - knowing Neil - going to be interesting, fun and hugely entertaining. In fact Neil is rumoured to be bringing his own pig so it's certainly going to be unforgettable!
At the end of the course participants will have the opportunity to dine out on three of the dishes (all paired with wine) that they have prepared.
There are lots of take homes from the course, including comprehensive crib study notes.
