Moreson Solitaire MCC NV Franschhoek
Lovely taut, fresh fruit here. Linear and focused with citrus and white peach fruit. Good precision and purity. Nice fruit. 91/100

The Franschhoek Cap Classique and Champagne Festival ‘The Magic of Bubbles’, presented by Mastercard, which takes place over the weekend of 3 and 4 December at the iconic Huguenot Monument. Celebrate summer in style by adding a dash of colour to this year’s theme which is Black and White with Floral Flair.
This year both Miss Molly and Môreson will be represented at the festival...and we have a treat for you. We've paired up with N2 Ice Cream Lab to make a special sorbet from Môreson Cap Classique!
How does it work? To make this liquid nitrogen ice cream ingredients are blended and instantly frozen before your very eyes.
We've brought some Môreson whimsy into our de-gorging and bottling stations.
Don't you think it's, ahem, de-gorgeous?
Why? We thought you'd never ask:
1. Drinking three glasses of champagne every week is said to help prevent the onset of dementia.
2. MCC is rich in polyphenols, which are antioxidants that can lower blood pressure and help your heart. Dosage: two glasses a day.
3. Studies have shown that people who drink wine live longer than people who drink beer or spirits.
Make a sparkling rosé Negroni and you’ll make your friends smile, and smile, and smile.
